As centers of learning and growth, universities have a vital responsibility to foster an inclusive and respectful environment for all students, faculty, and staff. Discrimination and harassment can have detrimental effects on the well-being and academic success of individuals, hindering the institution's core mission of education. Creating a culture of respect and acceptance is essential for fostering academic excellence and personal development among all members of the university.
