Lovley Professional University invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of machines for the National Technical Textile Ministry Project.
Heavy Duty semi computerized Flat Bed Knitting machine for sweater, having technical details as under :

Machine should be supplied complete with all standard accessories for ready to run condition. Also 15 kgs yarn to be provided for demo. Rate should include complete installation at site ( our college premises ) with training to operator .

The spray nozzle must contain 15-20 holes of approx. 0.9mm diameter. The holes are distributed on surface in form of a central hole, surrounded by two concentric rings of 6 and 12 holes respectively. The specimen holder, comprising two metal rings, fits into each other and into which specimen can be secured, rests on an angled support. The unit should be made of SS 304 and nozzle also made of SS 304.
4 working heads and optionally individual selectable working pressure of 3 / 9 / 12 pa can be applied pilling accessories, fabric cutting template, weights, SS pens , cutter, etc.
