The Fine Arts Department at Lovely Professional University fosters creativity, design, and vision. The secret of the Arts resides in the act of introspection accomplished through generating various levels of reflection in the forms of painting, sculpture, and photography as collective societal memory. A sensitive, original, aesthetical approach to directing and tolerating varied ideas and perspectives in the arts produces a record supplying visual or emotional experiences. Technical skill rarely makes art and artifacts. Even so, it discloses metaphysical or spiritual truths, aids in knowledge acquisition, promotes economic improvement, and changes how the world operates in the current digitized flow and schedule.
The "Elevation in Colors" project is to inspire someone to pursue a career for which they are well-suited, educated, or skilled in varied artistic genres. There are many positions available for qualified, talented, experienced experts and competent multi-skilled individuals in sculpting, painting, and photography, as well as in related fields like applied arts in the entertainment business and new courses in color.
These paintings depend on the individual's abilities to draw from their imagination, share stories, create unorthodox forms, and produce fascinating imagery from actual events. Exciting painting courses offer the chance to experiment with media, methods, and scales. By providing an artistic outlet to expand interest in fine art and personal experience via art, it enhances the ability to use imagination in entertainment. Set exploration defines competence and broadens the painting lexicon.
This project assists in adapting traditional hand-building and mold-making techniques to contemporary digital applications. A community of highly skilled visionaries and creative thinkers in the visual arts and culture has acknowledged the importance of sculpture and how it can contribute from multiple angles with a distributive view.
Since photography is full of historical, cultural, and social practices, the theoretical and practical methods used in a darkroom or digital photography are beyond just the camera, and the project emphasizes that.
The comprehensive view of the fine arts in varied settings, such as indoor spaces and open spaces, with aesthetics employs rapidly advancing science and technology and preserving a society's long-standing traditions and customs.
Learning results in the fine arts are a variety of analog and digital methods offered in art history, research, and other cutting-edge courses, some of which grow sculpture, some of which polish painting, and others are passionate about photography.
With a degree, photography aids in the latest developments in publishing, digital imaging, and 2D-3D animation. As a video-audio editor, graphic designer, and creator of e-learning environments, there are opportunities in printmaking, cinematography, illustrators, copywriting, and freelancing.
An additional benefit is to offer original answers to the problems associated with unemployment.
A further accomplishment will be the collaboration of a few students from other universities with ours in the department in the upcoming semester.

Title - Dream of a tree
Description - This piece is an interpretation of a dream. The idea behind this piece of art is a tree, which represents the artist's life. The folks whose faces you see are those he had encountered daily. Branches represent the consistency of life, which is expanding every day. His life's backers are his roots, which could be god, well-wishers, or love.
Title - Monal
Description - This piece of art combines many media. This item was produced by the artist utilizing the printmaking expose method. This art reflects his love for the state of Himachal Pradesh. The gorgeous monal is the national bird of Himachal Pradesh. He chose Monal because, according to his pahadi topi image, he likes birds.
Title - Black is Beautiful
Description - This piece of art combines many media. The African woman who is wearing ornaments lauds her beauty. She has distinguishing features and a keen sense of style. Dark skin tones are less desirable than fair skin tones.
Nevertheless, this is untrue, and it should be changed to "black is gorgeous." The artist utilized fabric and shilpkar to make her attire.
This image illustrates how nature never distinguishes between things depending on tones. Everyone enjoys nature to the same extent.
Title - Dream of a tree
Description - This piece of art is based on the artist's passion for Nature because he adores natural designs. In the outside boundary line, he used a tree shape. He has demonstrated how he uses Nature to heal himself (including flora and wildlife). Birds have bestowed wings on his body. He incorporated the palm tree trunk's rhythmic lines inside the circular panel to depict development and continuity in Nature. Additionally, a color scheme is a significant component of his passion.

Description - This piece is a hybrid of media. This artwork's inspiration came from the artist's encounters with Punjabi culture. Lifestyle, fashion, and women's clothing are simple. She dressed in a Punjabi-style dupatta and used a self-portrait to highlight prominent Punjabi women. She incorporated her surroundings into her artwork. As she misses her home, she used gurudwara architecture and the interior architecture of her house behind.

Description - This picture depicts the life of every girl from childhood to marriage using shilpkar figures and a Punjabi phulkari-inspired design.

Description - By experimenting with the impasto technique, the painting "Walking in Thoughts" depicts the relationship between the artist and her thoughts.
Title - Connections
Description - Everyone needs connections in their lives, and threads, in the artist's opinion, are the finest ways to make connections. In this painting, she has expressed her most significant life experiences in an enticing manner using threads.

Description - This painting shows the cityscape as new buildings and architectural styles have replaced the city's historic structures.

Description - In this work of art, the artist's vision, a woman is trapped between her dreams and the real world.

Description - The majority of human beings live confused lives. When stress levels are high, things might occasionally seem hazy. The conscious mind is unresponsive to events.
Title - Colorful Altar
Description - Stretching is essential to how screen printing is created both as a fine arts medium and commercial printing. The technique is widely utilized in the field. Nowadays, a PVC coat with a sanitizer mix is applied, and the finished product is exposed to daylight. The negative region is made rigid by the sunlight before being washed with water to produce the image.
Title - Ek Noor
Description - The Shabad of Kabir Das served as the inspiration for the artist's creation of this piece. He aims to convey that all are of the same clay. No one must be considered superior or inferior. Caste and religious discrimination are not to be practised as we are all human.
Title - Safar
Description - Artist wants to depict in the artwork the difficulties faced by kids who grab their job bags as soon as they leave their school bags, much like a camel might in a desolate desert. He travels in his life in the same way.
Title - Taraju
Description - - This piece of art is inspired by the saint Kabir Das' Doha. Speaking well is a priceless jewel, as long as one knows how to do it. Because of this, he only permits food to leave his mouth after weighing it on the heart's scales (Taraju).
Title - Mother
Description - This artwork was created by the artist using clay. Small terracotta bricks were used to construct a wall, giving it the appearance of a mother because, in real life, a mother serves as a wall for her children.
Important Information - LPU Admissions 2020 Update.
Lovely Professional University is closely monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. As the condition
continues to change rapidly, our top precedence remains the safety and well-being of our community.
We are planning for several contingency scenarios in order to restrict the physical contact with
individuals on campus and visitors from outside in order to support the mission of Indian government
to stop the potential transmission of the COVID-19.
To support prospective students (candidates) to apply for
admissions in different programmes by offering online/remote admission process during
the COVID-19 pandemic national lockdown period, the following arrangements have
been introduced:
For B.Tech. Admissions:
- Last date to apply has been extended from 31st March, 2020 to 20th April, 2020. Click here to apply
- LPUNEST Test Dates will be informed as and when Government announces JEE Mains schedule in order to provide candidates with clash free schedule. University is also evaluating the options to offer Online proctored LPUNEST remotely.
- Two Schedules of Counselling will be conducted (both online):
- Regular Schedule of Counselling – After the conduct of LPUNEST exam which is dependent upon Government decision on lockdown due to Covid-19.
- Special Schedule of Counseling – Before the conduct of LPUNEST exam, for all those candidates who already have JEE Mains or LPUNEST score (exams conducted in January 2020).
- Special Schedule of Counselling will be conducted online only as per the dates mentioned below:

- This Special Schedule of counselling will help the students with existing score of JEE (Mains) or LPUNEST to confirm their admission and they need not to appear for LPUNEST exam again.
- Regular Schedule of counsellingmay be conducted only on the basis of LPUNEST exam and not on the basis of JEE (Mains) score so all candidates having JEE Mains (Jan Schedule) score are advised not to wait for Regular Schedule of counselling and try to confirm the admission through Special Schedule of counselling.
- Applicants who do not have LPUNEST score or JEE (Mains) score because they did not appear for exams in January / February shall apply on or before 20th April, 2020. The schedule of LPUNEST exam and counselling / admission process will be informed later.
- Candidates participating in Special Counselling schedule (as per Table mentioned above), if interested, may appear for LPUNEST to improve their score for Scholarship and/or participate in Regular Schedule of counselling again for changing / improving the allotted branch.
- The ranks declared in Special Counselling schedule will not be used for LPUNEST Study Grant.
For MBA Admissions:

- University has decided to conduct remote video Interviews for admission in MBA during the national lockdown period due to Covid-19. LPUNEST will now be conducted for scholarship only.
