About Annual Conference, Sanidhya.
An Annual Conference has commenced since a decade and is held every year for the staff members wherein the Honourable Chancellor and the Worthy Pro Chancellor share a Vision for the upcoming achievements.
Association Awards are given to staff members (Teaching, Administrative, Technical and Class – IV) for their service in the University for 5, 10, 15 and 20 years.
In addition, to celebrate milestones, various events are organised such as Dancing/Singing competition, Fashionista, Jungle Walk, Treasure Hunt and etc.


Association Awards.
The staff members (Teaching, Administrative, Technical and Class - IV) working in the University for 5, 10, 15 and 20 years are provided association awards, gifts and mementos.
To celebrate this milestone, family members of the respective staff members are invited and moments are captured as well.
In the year 2022, more than 1,050 university employees were honoured with the association awards.


Schedule of the Conference.
The conference is a schedule of two – three days which comprises of various kinds of recreational activities. Thorough schedule of each event is uploaded via announcement on the University interface.
Moreover, instruction about the event, the sequence of sitting arrangement is also shared with all staff members in order to provide better hospitality.


Recreational Activities.
Keeping the interest, talent and hobbies of the staff members into consideration, various contests are organised with a view to encourage togetherness amongst all the LPU family.
