Excellence through Innovation, Collaboration, and Continuous Improvement:
Objective: To foster a culture of innovation, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and continuous improvement to elevate academic and support services.
Initiatives:
- To facilitate the ‘Research and Development Cell’ to drive trans-disciplinary research and development.
- To encourage participation in hackathons, innovation challenges, and industry collaborations for faculty and students.
- To implement a comprehensive "Continuous Improvement Feedback System" to enhance academic and support services continually.
Freedom of Thought and Expression:
Objective: To create an open and respectful environment that upholds freedom of thought, speech, and expression.
Initiatives:
- To promote platforms for "Open Communication" on diverse topics to encourage intellectual growth.
- To provide support and protection for individuals expressing opinions in a constructive manner.
- To celebrate and recognize students and alumni who champion the values of freedom of thought and expression.
Integrity and Professional Ethics:
Objective: To promote ethical conduct and decision-making, fostering a culture of integrity across the university.
Initiatives:
- Internal Complaints Committee to investigate all complaints as per protocols so as to ensure a safe and conducive work environment for women and provide protection against sexual harassment.
- Human Resource Development Center to conduct regular training and workshops to reinforce the importance of ‘Professional Ethics’.
Respect for Diversity:
Objective: To create an inclusive and diverse campus environment that celebrates and embraces varied perspectives.
Initiatives:
- To promote the culture of equity, diversity and inclusion by encouraging participation of minority groups in University events and decision making bodies.
- To organize cultural exchange events, awareness campaigns, and workshops to celebrate equity, diversity and inclusion.

Accountability for Actions and Results:
Objective: To instil a sense of responsibility, transparency, and acknowledgment for actions and outcomes.

- To implement the merit based "Performance Management System" for faculty and staff members ensuring accountability and outcome based approach.
- To implement transparent governance practices and regular reporting mechanisms for both internal and external agencies

Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Cell
Initiatives:
- To form partnerships with NGOs, government bodies, and corporations to address upcoming challenges.
- To develop "Transformative Service-Learning Programs" that empower students to solve real-world problems.
- To implement sustainability initiatives to reduce the "Environmental Footprint." by creating Smoke and Plastic-free Green campus with rainwater harvesting system, Sewage Treatment Plant (treated water being used for agriculture), E-Waste facility, Biogas Plant, Solar Power Plant etc.
Future-Oriented Curriculum:

- To design and update curricula with an emphasis on emerging fields such as AI, renewable energy, and biotechnology.
- To integrate "Experiential Learning," internships, and industry projects to bridge theory and practice.
- To offer "Appreciation and Recognitions" to acknowledge specialized skills and competencies.

- To establish international innovation hubs and research centers to facilitate "Global Collaboration."
- To launch exchange programs to connect students with peers from diverse cultural backgrounds.

- Conductingregular feedback sessions and surveys to assess the effectiveness andimpact of the plan.
