While our university targets all students, including females and those from economically weaker backgrounds, we also hold high academic standards for all, aiming for a pass percentage of least 90%.
In the academic year 2022-23, our university achieved a remarkable milestone in promoting inclusive access to higher education. Out of a total of 10,312 final-year students, 9,515 successfully graduated, demonstrating an impressive graduation rate across all demographics. Notably, 8,892 students from economically weaker sections appeared for the final year, and 8,243 of them graduated, highlighting an impressive commitment to supporting students from underprivileged backgrounds.
Furthermore, the graduation of 2,581 women out of the 2,801 who appeared underscores our dedication to fostering gender inclusivity and creating equal opportunities in higher education. Corporate jobs
Students are prepared for corporate-jobs through courses on analytical skills, reasoning skills, soft-skills and specialized courses alongwith exposure to corporate environment.
Government jobs
Students are trained through set of curriculum inputs for various entrance exams for government jobs through UPSC/selection-boards like IAS/IES and other Centre/Stateadministrative-services.
Higher studies
Students are prepared for entrance exams like CAT/GPAT/GATE/CSIR for admissions to institutions of high repute, through courses on reasoning and certain advanced courses.
Research
This pathway includes courses like Research-methodology, IPR etc. helping students carry out research and avail Ph.D. opportunities in national/international- universities/institutions.
Entrepreneurship
This pathway prepares students for entrepreneurship through workshops, boot camps and interaction with venture capitalists & entrepreneurs which make them capable:
