- Participants must be registered students of LPU

Digital Star Trophy:
Engagement Counts
- Eligibility: To qualify for the Digital Star Trophy, participants must actively participate in both parts of the competition:
- Part 1 - Journey from Home to LPU
- Part 2 - Life at LPU
- Engagement Criteria: Each participant’s reels must achieve a minimum of 50,000 views, and their posts must receive at least 1000 likes.

Consolation Prizes:
- Home to LPU: The next 100 participants, ranked by their points, will receive a full Coursera subscription worth ₹20,000. This subscription provides free access to a wide range of high-quality courses, ensuring that students can enhance their skills and knowledge without incurring additional costs.
- Life at LPU (Reels): The next 100 participants, ranked by their points, will be awarded the Be Smart and Business Standard subscription. This includes an annual subscription to a business standard newspaper and access to a career orientation through an app. The app offers interview tips, contemporary jargon insights, and case studies , all accessible through a smartphone app, designed to prepare students for future professional success.
- Digital Star: Similar to the Home to LPU event, the next 100 participants, based on their points, will also receive a full Coursera subscription worth ₹20,000, offering them the opportunity to pursue various courses for free and support their academic journey effectively.

Enhancing Academic and Professional Growth Through Digital Star Competition.
Our Digital Star Trophy Competition goes beyond monetary benefits to significantly enrich the academic and professional journeys of our freshmen. In addition to recognizing top performers, we aim to uplift a larger group of participants with valuable educational resources.

Guidelines of the Competition
- Follow LPU's official social media accounts for daily challenges.
- The competition will run on Instagram only. The other social media platform will not be considered for evaluation purposes.
- The freshmen can choose any theme and submit his/ her post/ reel through the google form for evaluation. The weekly winners will be announced and if the freshmen continuously create the engagement of his/her post or reel will be nominated for the Digital Star Trophy.
- Engage with other participants by liking, sharing, and commenting on their posts. Building a supportive community is key.
- The Instagram account must be public. It should not be set to private.
- The Reel or Post on the Instagram Channel should remain live for a duration of three months.
- Weekly announcements of winners and the venue of prize distribution will be made on UMS in order to apprise the efforts of the participants.
- No Vulgar Language: Posts and reels must not contain any form of vulgar, offensive, or inappropriate language. This includes, but is not limited to, profanity, obscenity, and derogatory remarks.
- No Comments on Religion, Politics, or Controversial Statements: Participants must refrain from making any references or comments related to religion, politics, or any other controversial topics in their posts or reels. We aim to create an inclusive and respectful space for everyone.
- No Hate or Bad Intentions: Content submitted must not promote hate speech, discrimination, or harm towards any individual, group, community, or entity. Please remember to approach your content creation with kindness and empathy.
