Important Guidelines

  • The participant’s videos of Music, Dance, Theatre & Yoga should be submitted on or before 30th December 2020 along with the registration forms duly signed by Director/DSW/Cultural Coordinator. After 30th December 2020, no entry will be entertained in any case.

    Documents required during video submission
    • Annexure-I (University Registration Performa)
    • Annexure-II (Event Wise Registration Performa)
    • Age proofs of participants
    • University ID Cards/ Punjab Domicile proof.

    Guidelines of video submission:
    • The video should be recorded in one take.
    • Only a single entry is allowed from a particular University in each Event Category.
    • All the performers should be clearly visible.
    • The participants limit and duration of the videos should be strictly as per the rules and regulations of events (Visit website www.lpu.in/punjabstateyouthfestival)
    • The video must be uncut and unedited; violation will lead to direct disqualification. Use of any video editing software is strictly prohibited.
    • The video must be recorded for fresh performance. Participants are required to paste a logo of festival on his arm/chest during the performance. (Logo is attached)
    • The submitted video will not be replaced in any case.
  • The judgment of submitted videos will be done on 2nd & 3rd January.2021 and information to the first, second and third position holders will be given before 6:00 PM of 3rd January 2021.
  • Events under the category of Visual Arts, Expression Arts, Knowledge Session and Regional Attire Show will be conducted physically in the campus on 4th January.2021 for state round as well as recording of national round. Therefore, participants must carry their annexure-I, II, University ID/Punjab Domicile proof, Photographs and age proof during physical reporting.
  • The results of physically conducted competitions (as mentioned above) will be announced on the spot thereafter, video recording of first, second and third position holders will also be done on the same day for the National Participation.
  • The first, Second and Third prize winners of Punjab State Youth Festival will be informed for the live performance video recording to be taken place on 5th & 6th January 2021 in the campus of Lovely Professional University. The team mangers must bring the following documents while physically reporting in the campus along with participants.
    • Age Proof
    • University ID Card/Punjab Domicile proof.
    • 2 Passport size photographs
  • The COVID guidelines must be strictly adhere during the physically presence in the University.
    • Wash hands frequently
    • Avoid crowded place.
    • Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mount.
    • Practice respiratory hygiene.
    • Wear mask.
    • Keep your instruments sanitize.
    • Maintain Social distance while interacting and performing.
