Teachers' Day Celebration
Teachers' Day Celebration and Founder’s Day was a memorable event, honoring educators for their dedication and impact on students' lives. Various awards were presented, recognizing excellence in teaching, research, and administrative responsibilities. The event featured heartfelt messages and performances making the day a fitting celebration of teachers’ invaluable role in shaping the future.
Rakhi Celebration
Raksha Bandhan celebrations in the form of eco-friendly rakhi and card making competition were carried out with great pomp and show, keeping the spirit of unity in diversity strong! LPU Faculty stand tall as they receive doctorate degrees (Ph.D.) from former Australian Prime Minister, Honourable Tony Abbott, at the 11th University Convocation on February 25, 2024. Scholars from diverse academic disciplines accomplished their goals, while as a part of the LPU family.

The HRDC on campus aims at providing excellent professional Development opportunities to staff members across the campus, assisting them in reaching their full potential through learning.
Staff Welfare
The staff members (other than those covered under ESI) are covered under Medicliam Insurance. The policy provide for benefits of Hospitalization, Day-Care surgeries and Cashless Treatment. ESI covered staff are covered for full medical care for self and dependants. Additionally all the staff members of the University are covered by Group Personal Accident Insurance. All these benefits are available from day one of the services.
Tuition Fee waiver
50% tuition fee waiver to staff members for self-study and 25% tuition fee waiver for their dependents to persue regular, part time courses at LPU. The waiver is also available for IT/Management programmes offered in distance education mode.

'Share the Vision' is a mega annual conference, to bring the entire workforce together and cherish the time they have spent in the LPU family. It includes association awards to honour the employees for the great service they have rendered in the past years and fun staff activities to boost the morale of the staff and bring in team spirit.
Association Awards
Awards for 5 years, 10 years, 15 years and 20 years are given to the employees to honour them for their years of hard work and tremendous service. They are accompanied by their family members.
Annual Conference
'Share the Vision' is a mega annual conference of the entire LPU family that brings them together to rejoice and cherish the moments of oneness. The amalgamation of association awards and some fun banter to boost morale and bring in team spirit among the employees is the attraction of the event.
