Fees payment process for existing international students

  • International students should log in to the link https://www.lpu.in/frmloginaccounts.aspx using their registration number and date of birth.
  • Any fee submitted will be auto-updated.
  • Any transaction charges/ deductions while transferring the fee through credit/ debit card will be borne by the student.
  • University will update the amount it receives in its account and any difference will have to be deposited additionally by the student.

Provisional Fee payment process for new international applicants seeking admission at LPU

  • International applicants must ensure to have the valid Offer Letter issued by the University before submitting their Provisional Registration fee.
  • International applicants should log in to their online admission account LPU ADMIT using their valid email id and password.
  • International applicants who have been issued the Offer Letter/ Conditional Offer Letter from the Lovely Professional University will be having access to submit their fee under STEP 3 in the admission portal LPU ADMIT.
  • Any transaction charges/ deductions while transferring the fee through credit/ debit card will be borne by the student.
  • University will update the amount it receives in its account and any difference will have to be deposited additionally by the student.
  • After realization of fee in the University’s bank account, an international applicant will be issued the Acceptance Letter for the purpose of student visa to study in India.

Fees payment process for existing international students

  • International students can transfer the fee in the university bank account as mention in the “Fee structure document”.
  • In case bank needs dues Fee structure document, then the same can be obtained from the Division of International Affairs through an email:- int.admissions@lpu.co.in.
  • After transferring the due fee to the University’s bank account, an international student should submit the fee payment proof to the Division of Finance of the University and get his/her paid fee updated in the UMS.
  • Any transaction charges/ deductions while transferring the fee to University’s bank account will be borne by the student.
  • University will update the amount it receives in its account and any difference will have to be deposited additionally by the student.

Provisional Fee payment process for new international applicants seeking admission at LPU

  • The International applicants can transfer the Provisional Registration fee in the university bank account as mention in the “Fee structure document” attached with the Offer Letter.
  • After transferring the due fee to the LPU’s bank account, an international applicant should upload “the fee payment proof” along with “Acceptance of Offer Letter” under the STEP 3 in the admission portal “LPU ADMIT”.
  • Any transaction charges/ deductions while transferring the fee to University’s bank account will be borne by the applicant. University will update the amount it receives in its account and any difference will have to be deposited additionally by the applicant.
  • After realization of fee in the University’s bank account, an international applicant will be issued the Acceptance Letter for the purpose of student visa to study in India.

Note:

  • It is the responsibility of student to ensure that bank mentions all the remittance details including student’s name, registration no./Offer Letter no., currency and country during transfer the money to University Bank account. In the absence of these details money may not be credited in students university fee account and may result in loss of attendance, fines and extra cost for which student will only be responsible. Also, student must ensure to submit the payment transfer proof to University’s accounts department on time.
  • Any excess amount transferred in the university account will only be adjusted in the subsequent term/year fee.
  • The fee and other components mentioned in the Offer Letter/ Acceptance Letter may not be error free thus for the most updated information please visit the university website or please contact the admission office of the university at int.admissions@lpu.co.in
  • International students (only from Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal and Sri Lanka) can submit the fee using Demand Draft or Pay Order in favor of “LOVELY ACADEMICS“ and “LOVELY FACILITIES“ for different heads of fees as mentioned below and must have student’s name, Registration No.:-
    • Demand Draft/ Pay Order related to Admission Processing Fee, Programme Fee, Programme Transfer Fee, and Examination Fee are to be made in favor of “LOVELY ACADEMICS” payable at JALANDHAR.
    • Demand Draft/ Pay Order related to Residential Charges (Residence/Mess Charges), Laundry Charges, Transport Charges, Parking Charges, or any other related Charges are to be made in favor of “LOVELY FACILITIES” payable at JALANDHAR.
  • The Demand Draft or Pay Order can be submitted personally to the Division of Finance at the University Campus
