Capability Building Programs for Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited
Capability building programs, ‘Utkarsh: Learn and Grow’ and ‘Pragati’, the three-day residential programs were conducted for different verticals of BPCL. The resource panel engaged the participants in experiential learning on strategic management, customer relationship management, digital marketing, talent management, innovative sales strategies and sustainable business development.

Two-day residential Management Development Program: SAKSHAM was conducted for KGOC global, a leading manufacturing company. The program focused on orchestrating performance through leadership, and creating a culture of excellence. The facilitators created an environment of peer learning wherein the participants actively engaged in role plays, case studies, reflections and cohort presentations.

LPU's Corporate Pathshala achieved a significant milestone by hosting an extensive corporate training titled 'End User Training on Finacle 10.X and allied Applications' for 1500+ officials from Punjab and Sind Bank, in collaboration with Times Professional Learning (TPL), a division of Bennett Coleman and Company Ltd.

Manthan 2.2: Executive Development Program on Customer Service Excellence was conducted for the customer service team of Panasonic Life Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The participants experienced out bound behavioural training activities in which Team HRDC dwelt on the focus areas by curating certain challenges for the participants simulating the actual work environment.

A series of Capability Building Programs, ‘Nav-Disha’ ‘Nav-Urja’ and ‘Nav-Chetna’ were organized for Indian Oil Corporation officals to enrich the service quality offered to the end-user and provide value added services for sustainable business growth.
Residential Corporate Training Program for 1000+ Officials of UCO Bank
‘End User Training on Finacle 10.X’ was organized in collaboration with Times Professional Learning (TPL) to further digitization and technological upgradation , for 1000+ officials of UCO Bank from several states of North India. It was a five day residential program in which the participants experienced hands on training on the upgradation of banking solutions with the vision of serving as the most preferred banking destination.
Accountability for Success- 'UTTARDAITAV'
Leadership Development Program: Accountability for Success- 'UTTARDAITAV' was conducted for middle managers of a leading sports goods manufacturing company. The facilitators curated the content and framed the training strategy on the basis of a field check so as to foster interdepartmental connect with mutual accountability.
