  1. Special Employee Benefits
    Special Allowance Scheme-I: As a gesture of goodwill for association with the Lovely Group, a waiver of 50% on tuition fee is given to the staff members for self study in any of the programmes offered by the  University(except distance education programmes).

    Special Allowance Scheme-II: 25% waiver on tuition fee to the dependents of staff members is given on any of the programmes offered by the University(other than distance education programmes). Dependents include- children, parents, siblings and spouse of the staff members.

    Subsidized Hostel Facility: The University offers safe and comfortable hostel services to all its staff members at subsidized rates. All the rooms are semi furnished and have been designed to provide adequate moving space and ample air and light. Also there is option of air-conditioned or regular room. Each hostel has its own mess providing hygienic and nutritious meals three times a day. The menu is designed to cater to a range of taste buds.

    Subsidized Transport Facility: LPU provides convenient transport facility to its staff at subsidized rates; with pick up and drop points that are suitable to all. The University has its own dedicated fleet of buses to and fro the University to facilitate its students and staff commuting daily from different cities.

    Free Membership to the University Gymnasium: Keeping in mind the health and fitness of its students and staff, the University provides a state-of-the-art gymnasium fully-equipped with the latest equipment within the campus. Instructors and trainers are available throughout the day for training the students. All employees are offered free membership to the University Gymnasium.

    The University acknowledges that it is its responsibility to take care of the well being and the prosperity of its employees. The University is committed to wellbeing at work and takes a variety of initiatives from time to time to promote this.
      • Numerous policies have been devised to guide the staff and management to ensure good and flexible working conditions, value for work and positive working relationships.
      • For rejuvenation and relaxation of its employees good recreational opportunities are provided by organizing numerous events like annual cultural festivals, sports events, birthday celebration of staff members, celebration of various festivals, etc.
