People are the heart and soul of the Lovely Professional University/ University, therefore recruiting, training and retaining high caliber people is one of the core values of the operation of the University. With its firm belief “the best way to improve an institution is to improve the people working there”, the University has a separate department- Department of HR Training and Development, housing a multi-functional team, to look into the training and development programmes of the University employees.
In recognition of the importance of self-development and increasing knowledge and skills, the department operates/ organizes/ conducts high caliber training and development programmes for all employees for their overall development.
