Lovely Professional University strongly believes in the fact that monetary constraints should not be an obstacle for a student to have access to quality education. So, the University extends Scholarship and Financial Aid Scheme for the students taking admission at LPU in 2010. The scheme is as under:

Scholarship: The students admitted to the University in 2010 can get a scholarship benefit of upto 1  lac based on the following:

• Percentage in Qualifying Examination (70% aggregate marks or above)
  or
  
  
• Performance/Rank in National Level Entrance Tests(AIEEE, CAT, MAT, XAT,GATE)
  or
  
  
• Performance/Rank in State Level Entrance Tests(Diploma, Engineering and MBA entrance tests of various states)
  or
  
  
• Performance in Sports, Cultural, Co-curricular and National Bravery Awards

Financial Aid: The students admitted to the University in 2010 not falling under the Scholarship scheme as mentioned above are eligible for the Financial Aid based on their score in the test  LPU – Test for Financial Aid (LPU-TFA)

Objective of Scholarship and Financial Aid Scheme
This is an initiative of the University to realize the vast talents that may be hidden due to financial constraints.

The University’s Scholarship and Financial Aid Scheme will provide opportunity and benefit to students who:

• have performed well in their qualifying examination (more than 70% aggregate marks)
• have performed well in various National/State Level Competitive exams for entry to various Programmes viz. AIEEE, CAT, MAT, XAT, CET, MET, etc.
• could not perform well in their qualifying examination(less than 70% aggregate marks)owing to various personal, academic or procedure specific reasons.
